All Aviation specific BatteryMINDer® models are designed exclusively for use with either SEALED (AGM-non liquid) or FLOODED (liquid with filler caps) batteries, contingent upon the brand and model of the battery based on LEAD-ACID chemistry, NOT Nickel Cadmium, Nickel Metal Hydrate or any other chemical-construction. If you have any doubt about the battery you intend to use with any of our BatteryMINDer® products, please confirm these facts with the maker of your particular battery type.

WE DO NOT ADVISE USE OF BatteryMINDers® WHILE A FLOODED BATTERY IS LOCATED WITHIN A CONFINED AREA, SUCH AS IN AN AIRCRAFT ENGINE COMPARTMENT. THE BATTERY SHOULD BE REMOVED OR OPEN TO FREE FLOWING AIR TO AVOID POSSIBLE BUILD-UP OF HARMFUL HYDROGEN GAS SHOULD BATTERY HAVE A SHORTED CELL(S) OR CHARGING SOURCE IS INCORRECT OR MALFUNCTIONS.
